10. Francisco Rodriguez (RP) - Relievers are usually bad choices for high fantasy draft picks, but K-Rod is an exception. 62 saves is nothing short of ridiculous. Even if he doesn’t duplicate that, he can be counted on for at least 40.
9. A.J. Burnett (SP) - Coming off a career season with Toronto last year, where he managed 18 wins and 231 strikeouts. Durability has been a question, but if he stays healthy, you’ll look smart for picking him up after the obvious choices are taken.

8. Ryan Dempster (SP) - Flourished in his first season as a starter, winning 17 games, and keeping his ERA under 3. Though not seasoned as a starter, he was a solid reliever, and only looked better starting.
